Giving the weave pride of place – from inspiration to garment
During the design process, a delicate little red and white fabric swatch was transformed into a colourful collection. The yarn-dyed, patterned dobby-weave is reminiscent of ikat resist-dye colouration. The fabric was woven with two stripes along the length of the selvedge. On our “SIGNE” dress, these are visible at the hem. To make a feature of these stunning stripes, we simply cut the skirt section in the other direction. Embroidered embellishments and labels, stylish quilting and accent details. We hope you love this one as much as we do.
