What has always fascinated me about India is actually all the PEOPLE I meet. This time, I will especially remember the women across the street from Samode Bagh who invite us for Masala chai cooked over an open fire in their courtyard.
The WHITE-CLAD man we meet in another village walks so beautifully with our model Kathy. He is a farmer and owns a camel that tourists usually find fascinating. But now, with so few tourists (after the pandemic), he feels he might have to sell his camel to support his family. We give him plenty of money, hoping he won't have to sell the camel. . .
