This collection is Gudrun’s tribute to India, a country that inspires with its traditional crafts and style of dressing in layers. This expertise and feel for aesthetics can be found in a block printing workshop in Bagru in India. Well-practised hands print beautiful patterns using mud resist and wooden blocks carved with intricate designs. The natural dyes produce stunning colours and are sourced from different flowers, minerals and indigo. It’s impossible not to be filled with joy by such craftsmanship!
