It's been a while since I last updated you here on the blog about the squirrels, so here's the latest on Ylva, Boris, and Boris-Boris.

Last Sunday, out of the corner of my eye, I saw something darting around at lightning speed on the balcony. When I took a closer look, I realized it wasn't the usual two little tail friends. Not even three, but four squirrels!!!
Ylva keeps watch while Boris quickly hides away the nuts.
Two on the balcony, while one of them kept watch and scanned towards the lilac bower, the other was busy hiding hazelnuts. In the rowan tree, two more squirrels were perched, Boris-Boris and his girlfriend Gabriella. Yes, Boris-Boris has found a companion!!!
Sometimes in the morning, when fetching my bike in the courtyard, I look up towards the balcony and see a little one enjoying its first breakfast nut.
Wouldn't it be adorable if one of the couples had babies by summer? ❤️
