Terms and conditions and processing of personal data
By tagging your picture with #gudrunista, you consent to participation in the contest and consent to Gudrun Sjödén storing and using your Instagram username, your picture and any caption text. The data is used to administer the contest, including to choose and announce winners and possibly to publish your entry on our website and in social media.
We save this data for up to three years after the contest ends in order to handle any questions or complaints, for example for gift cards with a three-year period of validity. The data is not used for marketing without your explicit consent. Read our complete privacy policy here.
Prize distribution and contact
The winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the selection. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, or if the prize is not collected, another winner may be chosen.
Copyright and rights of use
By submitting your entry to the contest, you confirm that you are the author of the picture. You simultaneously give Gudrun Sjödén a non-exclusive, royalty-free and global license to use, reproduce, modify and publish the picture on the company’s website, in social media and in marketing material connected to the contest.
Instagram’s terms and conditions
The contest is not sponsored, supported, administered by or in any other way associated with Instagram. By participating, you confirm that you follow Instagram’s terms of use.
Prize information
The winner receives a gift card to Gudrun Sjödén, valid for three years from the date of issue. The gift card is personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
Taxes on prizes
Any taxes on prizes are paid by the winners.
